ATHLETIC ADVENTURE PROGRAM (Traditional Merpati Putih Pencak Silat)

Unlike many martial arts and fitness schools that allow open enrollments year-round, MP USA is a semester-based school with new Athletic Adventure classes starting in early April and early October in accordance with Utah’s temperatures being the mildest at these times. Wealth of Health programs begin on a quarterly basis in January, April, July and October.  Enrollment is by group interview only and interviews begin in mid-February and mid-August.  Additional interviews for the Wealth of Health programs take place in mid-may and mid-October for Summer and Winter classes.  All applicants are given a professional and formal introduction to the many unique aspects of Merpati Putih which will improve their lives.  As well, applicants are screened as to their intentional use or misuse of the knowledge and abilities they will gain.  Criminals, violent and dishonest people are not welcome at MP USA as this is a humanitarian art, which is why all applicants are interviewed by a certified MP Instructor.  Our students can rest easy knowing that they are learning and growing in an atmosphere where people of a negative, dishonest or violent nature are not allowed.

     Below is our school schedule.  It has been designed to accommodate the schedules of today’s busy adult and offers class times and hours that will give one the ability to have as much free time with family and friends as possible while still offering a much needed escape from the stresses and obligations of daily life so that we can focus on our own health and personal development.
